1. 适用范围
本政策适用于牙历 iOS App、dentalyali.cn 网站及相关支持服务。牙历是个人预约日程辅助工具，不提供医疗诊断或治疗建议。
2. 本机保存的数据
患者称呼、治疗项目、日期、时间、牙位、备注、模板、头像和用户名主要保存在当前 iPhone，并使用本机加密保护。牙历不会将这些内容建立为云端患者档案，也不用于广告、画像或出售。
3. 本地语音识别
在兼容设备上，语音识别与预约字段解析均在设备端完成。原始录音及转写文字不上传牙历服务器，也不会发送给第三方语音模型。首次使用前，牙历会请求您阅读并同意相应说明。
4. 照片 AI 识别
只有在您主动选择照片并开始识别后，原图才会通过牙历后端临时发送至中国内地的第三方照片识别服务，用于生成可编辑的预约草稿。牙历后端不把原图、识别文字或预约草稿作为预约资料长期保存。云服务商可能依法保留必要的短期安全日志。
5. 服务与购买数据
为提供试用、用量控制、购买恢复和安全保护，牙历可能处理随机匿名标识、试用时间、照片识别次数、产品标识、交易标识哈希及退款或撤销状态。Apple 负责 App Store 付款及退款，牙历不会取得银行卡信息或 Apple 账户密码。
6. 权限与安全
麦克风用于本地语音录入；相机和相册用于您主动选择的头像或预约照片；通知用于本地提醒；Face ID 用于解锁。权限按需请求，可在 iPhone 设置中关闭。静态网站不使用广告、行为分析、跨站追踪或非必要 Cookie。
7. 保存、删除与您的选择
删除 App 会清除本机数据和设备密钥，请先导出加密备份。服务保护、购买及支持记录按履约、安全、防欺诈、财务和适用法律所需的最短期限保存。您可在 App 内撤回语音或照片识别同意，也可通过支持页面提出查阅、更正、删除或其他隐私请求。
8. 更新与联系
重大变更会通过 App、本页或版本说明告知。隐私问题请前往 App 支持。
Dental Calendar Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Policy covers the Dental Calendar iOS app, dentalyali.cn, and related support. Dental Calendar is a personal scheduling aid, not a diagnostic or treatment service.
2. Data kept on your device
Patient names, treatments, dates, times, teeth, notes, templates, profile images, and usernames are primarily stored and encrypted on the current iPhone. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.
3. Local speech recognition
On compatible devices, speech recognition and appointment-field parsing occur on device. Audio and transcripts are not uploaded to Dental Calendar or sent to a third-party speech model.
4. Photo AI recognition
Only after you start recognition is the selected image temporarily sent through Dental Calendar's backend to a third-party photo-recognition service in mainland China. It returns an editable draft. Dental Calendar's backend does not retain the image, recognized text, or draft as appointment data. The cloud provider may retain limited security logs where required.
5. Service and purchase data
Dental Calendar may process a random anonymous identifier, trial time, usage counts, product identifiers, hashed transaction identifiers, and refund or revocation status to provide access, restore purchases, and protect the service. Apple handles App Store payments and refunds.
6. Permissions and security
Microphone, camera, photo-library, notification, and Face ID permissions are requested only when needed and can be changed in iPhone Settings. This website uses no advertising, behavioral analytics, cross-site tracking, or non-essential cookies.
7. Retention and your choices
Deleting the app removes local data and device keys, so export an encrypted backup first. Service-protection, purchase, and support records are kept only as needed for delivery, security, fraud prevention, finance, and applicable law. Use App Support to request access, correction, or deletion.
8. Updates
Material changes will be announced in the app, on this page, or in release notes.
