牙历是个人预约和日程辅助工具，不是医疗机构信息系统，也不提供诊断、处方或治疗建议。用户应自行确认是否有权录入相关信息。
2. 识别结果
本地语音识别和照片 AI 识别都可能出现遗漏或错误。您必须在保存前核对患者称呼、项目、日期、时间、备注和牙位。牙历不会自动替代您的专业判断。
3. 免费使用期
新用户获得 30 天完整免费使用。试用期间每天可使用 5 次照片识别，按上海时区每日重新计算且不累积。免费使用期结束后，既有数据仍可查看、搜索、统计、导出和备份恢复。
4. 永久版与照片额度
先驱者永久版为一次性非消耗型购买，可通过同一 Apple 账户恢复，并初始获得累计 1000 次照片识别额度。永久用户可另行购买 1000 次照片识别额度补充包。最终币种和价格以 Apple 购买页面为准。
5. 在线服务
照片识别依赖网络、云平台和第三方服务，可能因维护、合规、安全或不可抗力暂停。永久版表示永久解锁牙历当前软件权益，不承诺任何第三方联网能力无条件永久可用。
6. 数据与账户安全
您应妥善保管设备、应用密码和加密备份密码。恢复购买只恢复购买权益，不恢复本机预约数据。不得攻击接口、绕过额度或提交无权处理的第三方数据。
7. 付款、退款与 Apple 条款
付款、购买记录和退款由 Apple 处理。除本条款外，Apple 标准最终用户许可协议同时适用；适用法律赋予您的消费者权利不因本条款而被排除。
8. 更新与支持
服务或条款发生重大变更时，我们会合理告知。问题、投诉或支持请求请前往 App 支持。
Dental Calendar Terms of Use

1. Purpose
Dental Calendar is a personal scheduling aid, not a clinical information system and not a source of diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment advice. You must have authority to enter any third-party information.
2. Recognition results
Local speech recognition and Photo AI may omit or misread information. Review the patient name, treatment, date, time, notes, and tooth selection before saving. The app does not replace professional judgment.
3. Free Access
New users receive 30 days of full access and five photo recognitions per day, reset on Asia/Shanghai time without accumulation. After Free Access ends, existing data remains available for viewing, search, statistics, export, and backup restoration.
4. Lifetime access and photo credits
The Pioneer Lifetime purchase is a non-consumable one-time purchase restorable with the same Apple account. It includes 1,000 cumulative photo recognitions. Lifetime users may purchase additional 1,000-recognition packs. The Apple purchase sheet shows the final local price and currency.
5. Online services
Photo recognition depends on networks, cloud platforms, and third-party providers and may be interrupted for maintenance, compliance, security, or events beyond reasonable control. Lifetime access unlocks the app's software entitlement; it does not guarantee indefinite availability of every third-party online service.
6. Security and acceptable use
Protect your device, app passcode, and encrypted-backup password. Restore Purchases restores entitlements, not local appointment data. Do not attack the service, bypass usage controls, or submit data you are not authorized to process.
7. Apple terms
Apple handles payment records and refunds. The Apple Standard EULA also applies. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights.
8. Changes and support
Material changes will be reasonably announced. Visit App Support for questions, complaints, or assistance.
